Question and Answers About Your Upcoming Photo Shoot and Tour Package

Requirements for Web Skin and Tour - Upon order we will locate your website, picture and broker logo.  We also try to match your custom web skin and tour as much to your company or personal website colors and style as possible.  If you require a more custom set up, please do not hesitate to call or email us before the shoot. If you have a particular font you would like us to use, please send that font file to us by email before time of shoot otherwise we use Times Roman.

Music - If you have a particular MP3 you’d like to use and you are authorized to us it, send it to us.  We have a selection of music we use on  the tours…. Acoustic guitar (fast or mellow), Country, Classical, Hip Hop, Bossa Nova, Dance and Pop, Jazz Fusion and Smooth (Spring 2009 standard), Moods and Grooves, Piano solos, Tech Grooves and Rock.  Please let us know beforehand or the tour will automatically get a smooth jazz selection.

Requirements for the Scheduled Shoot - We need you to be at the scheduled shoot unless scheduled otherwise.  These are your clients and they need you to be there even if they don't think (or you think) you don't.  We do not want to be left alone in the house and we do not want the key to open the house.  This opens everybody up for liability.   This is your time to be the shining hero who has hired a professional team to get their listing sold.  

We need for the home to be ready to be shot with all lights on and the house in the condition you would want it to be shot.  We need for there to be minimal movement. Why?  Because the 360° camera is unlike a regular camera and the movement or loud noises in the house will vibrate the camera.  There is not an automatic stablelizer so any movement will cause the camera to vibrate ever so slightly and the picture WILL blur.

ALSO, we love your clients too but they need to be out of the room.  The 360° camera captures everything in 2 shots and that means it actually shoots about 200° wide each time.  The loose puppy, the curious kid or the awestruck in-law will be captured in the shot, not to mention will probably cause vibration.  If you would like Rover, Susie or Mother Smith in the shot, let us know, we'll be happy to include them but as a part of the scene at no charge!!

The Neighbors!  We are not responsible for the neighbors parking in their yard or their garage door up or trash day and cannot really Photoshop that out.  Also, we cannot add shutters in, cyber paint the wall; erase the underwear off the bed or Photoshop the TVA towers out of the scene.  So let us know what you need to really be shot and not.  The dog kennel next door in the back may not be what you want featured, but we can do excellent shoots of bathrooms that a still simply can't do justice.  Crappy reality turns into crappy tours.  Beautifully staged homes ready to be shot result in very very happy clients and increase sales.

Pano Stitching - SpinNashville prides itself upon its editing and stitching skills on your 360° tours, however because the lighting shifts because of clouds and swaying trees, not all 360° stills are going to be perfect.  Because the 360° camera cannot use a flash, the lighting that exists in the room will be the lighting picked up on camera.  Often we have to brighten the picture which often bleaches the natural colors some in order to get the scene visible.  On the other hand one half of the 360° may be brighter or darker than the other half.  It's just the nature of what we do.

And Finally...

We do not move anything... for insurance purposes... Period.  If you don't want the For Sale sign in the scene, move it.  If you don't want the silver trash in the kitchen in the scene, put it in the closet.  It's your listing. It's your staging. It's up to you what and how you want things.  We'll shoot virtually anything you want but we have a 100% Do Not Touch Rule.

Rescheduling Fee - If we arrive at the location and the sellers are not ready and need to reschedule, there will be a minimum $45 trip fee. Please have your clients ready. Call us beforehand if they're not going to be ready. Call us at least an hour before our arrival time.  We always suggest the agent calling their clients that day as a reminder.

Weather.com - Shoots are always better on a nice sunny day, especially for the outside shots.  Partly cloudy days are good too.  Rainy, foggy and snowy days are not good.  So when scheduling your shoot please visit the weather sites beforehand and schedule accordingly. 

Trash Day – Please make sure it’s not trash pick up day on the day of the shoot.  A scene shot and stills of a long street of trash cans doesn’t look pretty and for SpinNashville to come out just to re-shoot the front and back is a $45 fee.

Posting and Uploading Schedule - Once your tour is shot, there will be a 48 hour posting time. Once posted you will be sent by email the link and after tour satisfaction acknowledgement, we will send your stills by email through Sharefile.   If you have a Realtracs email, please supply us another email so we can send your stills.  Realtracs will block our email with attachments.

Your Tour on CD - Your tour assembly package will be held on file for 90 days.  Your tour will remain active for 1 year.  After 90 days we will destroy all pictures and tour assembly.  If you require all of the tour assembly on CD there is a $24.95 processing fee.  The total assembly package usually exceeds 300 Mb so emailing these files are not possible.

Realtor.com Showcase Posting - If you have a Realtor.com Showcase annual membership there is no charge for us to upload your tour to your listing ID.  If your Realtracs' listing has not been posted yet, please inform us as it will take 48 hours for the listing to appear on Realtor.com. Once it does post, we will upload your tour.  Please notify us if you have this package and we will logon to verify and upload.

If you DO NOT have the Realtor.com Showcase annual membership there is a $24.95 fee that is charged to SpinNashville if you want to post your tour to their Showcase package. 

Corrections to Your Tour - Once posted please notify us by phone or email of any changes that you might need within 48 hours of our confirmation email.  Changes will be made on a case by case basis and ultimately decided by the SpinNashville Tour Doctor, Kidd Moore.  If you haven't supplied the correct information beforehand, again, the Tour Doctor will decide for you using his best judgment.

YouTube 360° Video - The YouTube 360 video is a compressed video from still panorama stills and is not true video.  Once the YouTube 360 video is created it is converted into an MPG or WMV file and posted to YouTube.  YouTube then compresses the file even further down to load onto their site.  The visual quality is almost always compromised so the final product is grainy and jerky.  SpinNashville does everything possible to enhance the final product however because of the JPG to video conversion, the videos will always be grainy, jerky and often change speed with different computers. This is beyond our technical control. If you would like a true commercial video of your listing, there are several fine videographers in Nashville to choose from.  

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed - We want you to know beforehand what your final product will resemble.  That's why we would like for you to look at our Sample Page and view current tours on the SpinNashville Tours button.   When you're placing your order please inform us of any particulars that you need.  Once we post your tour you have up to 48 hours to review the tour and to make any changes.  Once we make those changes to your satisfaction, we will send your stills.   Because not all situations are the same we will do what it takes to satisfy you however if the above information is not supplied to us before the shoot, we will use our best judgment to complete the showcase package.

Annual Renewal - Your tour will remain hosted for 1 year after initial posting.  After the first year there is a minimal $50 annual hosting fee.  Of course we don’t expect your listing to be on for a year BUT many model homes are.

Payment - SpinNashville Studios will email you a PDF invoice 24 hours before your scheduled shoot.  Payment can be made by credit card on our website or by check at the time of your scheduled shoot.  Payment must be made at the time of or before the scheduled shoot.  Failure to make payment before or at the time of the shoot will delay the processing of your tour until payment is made.  Should your payment be rejected by the bank your tour will be pulled from the hosting server until payment can be arranged.

$25 Mileage Fee for areas outside of 40 mile total driving distance from Hickory Hollow Mall.
