I'm Kidd Moore, the owner and President of MLS360.tv.  I'm also a Realtor and owner of Hemphill & Moore, Realty and Auction.  I have been using SpinNashville as an agent for several years now and was totally sold on the results that the 360 virtual tours provided to reducing the listing times of the properties I represented.  In March of 2008 I had the chance to buy SpinNashville from Kris Tanner and have been upgrading the technologies, softwares, service, equipment, partnerships with other vendors and  products of SpinNashville to better serve the Realtor community.  As an agent I know how important it is to satisfy our clients, provide as much exposure to our listings to as many agents and prospective buyers as possible AND try to stay within a budget. 

 

Since March we have been evolving the 360VT product to include the tours in Flash, create customized web skins that can incorporate the new Google street map features, more agent personalized sites, large Flash slideshow presentations, music with every tour and slideshow, voiceovers, mpeg movie features that can be embedded into the site, the ability to now upload the customized links into MySpace, Facebook and YouTube and the conversion of 360 VT Tours into mpeg movies.  MLS360.tv is now able to integrate stills, maps, panaromas, voice, music and more into 1 internet format for your listings. We've also partnered with ReelTour VisionVideos to offer you the ability to have 3 minute commercial type video that can also be upload to your Realtracs AND Realtor.com packages.

 

 

In June we started the 90 day countdown conversion of SpinNashville into MLS360.tv.  As our product continues to stay current with consumer demands and with technology changes,  we are positioned  to develop for YOU a TRUE INTERACTIVE REAL ESTATE INFOMERCIAL that will provide your listings with as much utility as possible in one location with the functionality of the 360VT tours, the stunning quality of motion picture and the extra technological abilities that your buyers and sellers are exposed to in the media.
